Unlike most small to medium size firms, I concentrate my practice in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, business succession planning, probate and fiduciary litigation and elder law.
As a result, I offer my clients the kind of expertise usually found only in a large firm. And because I keep my overhead low, I am able to provide personalized services (your matter will never be assigned to a paralegal or associate) to my clients at a price that is generally far below what they would pay at a large firm.
In addition, all of my estate planning work is done on a flat-fee basis, so clients need never worry about undisclosed fees and costs. All other types of engagements are billed on an hourly basis and I never begin work without first disclosing in writing my hourly rate.
